ASHL Press - Simply put, the season 18 version of the Iona Moose are the strongest team that the ASHL has ever seen. Win after win they produce an arrogance that nothing can take them down and it's this arrogance that sends their opponents shaking in their skates.

Finishing the season on a 10 game winning streak they also shattered the 12 season wins in a regular season record held by the Dungarvin Whoopers with 58 wins, the Whoopers finished the season 6 campaign with 56 wins.

In the process the Moose have also beat the 11 year old least losses in a season record that was set by the Shediac Smurfs. The Moose only lost 25 times beating the 26 losses suffered by the Smurfs in season 7. Of course due to their incredible record the Moose has also shattered the points record with 121 points.

Will the Moose continue on to win the cup like the Dungarvin Whoopers did in season 7? Who knows, but if the improvement over last season has anything to do with it, Iona fans had better get their parade route ready. The Moos
