Thachuk and Ekblaad must feel like they have been sent or are still residing on the island of misfit toys and are mostly just collecting paychecks or they would be in a different address .
Bathurst blew things up and cleared most of the deck. Quinn and Turcotte are the beginning of a new day.

Nothing to see here just kind of treading water and sliding down the schedule after starting on fire and beating up on teams.
Rookies are proving that better days are ahead.
Securing both Sedins is going to be hard.

Sometimes subtle moves are the most unnoticed. Hopefully they don’t get another center with the 1st pick.
Also moving out middle 6 forwards for youth equity I’m a big fan of.
Albert County Renegade 10.3 : 1

I hate the Mavrik name……..it’s Maverick.
Moving on
Two of the softest former Moose defenseman ever got traded for each other. I equally hate both of them but Addison gets the edge as he looks more guilty for what he’s done in his career.
I will never say anything bad about my boy Jack, I think he could be the perfect running mate to Stutzle for a few years. At this point Turcotte is a 2nd-3rd liner who needs a random event to become a star.
Also Nason, Timmy Stu is a healthy scratch.
Oromocto Senators 8.3 : 1
Notable Additions : Michel Sergeichev , Jake Neighbors
Notable Subtractions : Jack Quinn , Victor Soderstrom
The Senators have long had a weakness and this addressed this and give the team the mauler that they needed.
Jack Quinn even with his sweet stats might have fallen into the void of the line with the skillful stats and speed that compares with his teammates. But with rookies Johnson , Jarvis and Amirov there was likely no room at the inn.
The time to improve and become better is now.
Moncton Melons 7.5 : 1 (Tie)
Notable Additions : Tomosino , k. Miller , 1st round SJ , Robertson Blackwood & reacharound
Notable Subtractions : Pelletier , JBD , 2 1st and 2nd rounder, 3rd rounder , Murray , Corranto , prospects,
The major take away here is the Melons went from having a declining older goalie for the best goalie in the league.
Hopefully there is no decline as they have sent out multiple first rounders .
Also Commesso has time to grow.
Cains River Blues 7.5 : 1 (tie)

Notable Subtractions : none
Jamie works very stealthy and quietly.
He’s likely already found his target and is getting ready to strike.
Be ready and prepared because you don’t want to waste his time.
South Esk Scotsman 6.6 : 1
Notable Additions : Sanderson Ristolainen , raymond, Dach , Murray , Pastrnak, Podkolzon, Draisaitl Alexeyev
Notable Subtractions : Dobson , Lafrienerre , Stankoven and 3 prospects + 1st rounder ,3 2nd rounder , Podkolzon , 10 mill in expiring contracts and Shane Doan's baby boy, Bouchard
As you can see in volume first names get dropped due back a slacker the farther I go. And names might get missed but that was a lot of names and stuff.
I could go into how the defense core is absolutely stacked and the team has made their move and there’s no going back now.
Here is my major takeaway: The fact that Matt Murray is a glorified backup and Gillies is stuck in the press box , fills my heart with joy.

Aside from the Bathurst disintegration the other major outcome was the russian mafia going to South Esk and Oromocto respectively. The pressure will be more on Blackwood then other years with the deeper defense core.
This is now the Mcdavid south show and the top 2 lines have game changers.
In the same Conference are Blackwood , Hart, Monty , Samsonov and Shesterkin.
No chumps here.

Finally the dancing around of typing the same players over and over again is done. Draisaitll has been on like 4-5 teams in 2 weeks. Good thing he signed for 14 mill today.
The major additions and the season will come to Jesperi , Alexi , Noah and Logan. I switched to first names because they are much shorter and easier for me to spell.
However after putting that out there they likely get traded in the next week.
Doesn't matter, no more previews , time to go back on my articles vacation.
